Women's National Health Week
It is Women's National Health Week. Let's recognize this by making some goals to make lifestyle changes that will move us toward a healthier life of total wellness for the mind, body and spirit. Below is the Whole Living Newsletter. In particular there are 50 Vegetarian Recipes that look great. I plan on doing at least one a day until I work my way through all the recipes!
Making lifestyle changes are done over time, in bite size pieces...not in one huge monumental series of cold turkey changes. Try making changes that move you to Total Wellness one step at a time or in this case "one recipe at a time"
