Beachin Body Abs

I love to see how defined I can get my abs- especially at my age almost 54. When a friend sent this to me I had to share. First of all its not for everyone, but for those of you who want that summer ab look, here are some great tips!

Women's National Health Week




It is Women's National Health Week. Let's recognize this by making some goals to make lifestyle changes that will move us toward a healthier life of total wellness for the mind, body and spirit. Below is the Whole Living Newsletter. In particular there are 50 Vegetarian Recipes that look great. I plan on doing at least one a day until I work my way through all the recipes!
